Volunteers Needed this Sunday

We are so close to finishing stage 1! This will allow us to begin moving in. Please come to our new center (257 E Hildebrand) and volunteer this Sunday!

Shrine Room — semi-gloss white paint to 3 windows, hang curtains, touch up yellow paint, clean/scrape windows inside and out

Kitchen — semi-gloss kitchen cabinets, set new cabinet on hot water heater wall — (prime paint), line kitchen cabinet shelves, clean windows, prime and paint entrance door inside & out, construct flooring for removed flooring over plumbing crawl space

Hallway — paint walls with Morning Zen, paint closet doors/prime inside shelves and paint baseboards with semi-gloss white (need to fill in missing baseboards)

Office — paint walls with Morning Zen, paint closet doors and inside shelves, window frame and baseboards with semi-gloss white (need to fill in missing baseboards), clean windows inside and out. Clean out closet.

Werma Shrine Room — 2nd coat of yellow paint, base boards white semi-gloss, clean windows inside and out, prime inside of closet (cut basement crawl space in closet??)

Community Room — change out ceiling fan to match (globes, too/ chandelier has been removed), remove tools, remove refigerator and microwave, prime and paint red door to blue, prime rear door entrance trim (paint outside door trim blue?)

Outside — dump run for construction trash (2 loads?), clean and hang all good window screens (starting with front windows), sweep concrete entrance, paint metal pillars in front blue, remove dead entrance light (replace?) from front porch, paint red trim blue (start with front and then move to west side),

Bath — seal tile groat, clean out closet — prime and paint semi-gloss white, bring ikebana shelves from St Marys center

Entry — remove all un-necessary/not-in-use tools and paint, bring shelving from St Marys to set up shoe rack

Take heart! We’re getting very, very close! Let’s be finished with Stage I by Thanksgiving holiday!
