Yoga returns on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 5:30 pm with a new look. “This year, we will transition our yoga practice to a more contemplative, yin-style of hatha yoga that focuses on liberating and channeling prana through our seven chakra centers. The chakra system acts as a bridge between our inner and outer world and how we relate to the world, manifests in our bodies. The goal of chakra-focused yoga is to align ourselves with the flow of prana and open to grace.” Everyone welcome regardless of experience or physical condition.
