This one-hour class will give a brief overview of the teachings and visualizations of the Shambhala Sadhana. The actual practice will be done following the class.

In January of 2011, toward the end of his year retreat, the Kongma Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche composed the Shambhala Sadhana as a way to celebrate and strengthen our understanding of basic goodness and enlightened society and requests that on or near the full moon, we gather as a community to practice the Shambhala Sadhana. These Full Moon gatherings are specifically meant for Shambhala members and their families to all feel included. We are a society. This remarkable practice will serve as a way to bind the Shambhala community in kinship, vision, loyalty, and delight. This is an opportunity for us to further bond as a wholesome community.
