Families & Children in Shambhala Camping Trip

Join the Shambhala Meditation Center of San Antonio, Friday  October 4th through Sunday October 6th for our annual Autumnal Growing Brave Families Camping Trip. Bring your sleeping bags, tent and campfire stories!  You may join us for a night, or stay for the entire weekend.

Saturday will include family activities and games, including kayaking the Blanco River. We will share a potluck family dinner, and campfire stories. On Sunday we will take our mindfulness practice into the great outdoors. Join us for an early morning drala hike and Fall scavenger hunt where we will walk together in noble silence, while contemplatively attuning and engaging the senses in the phenomenal world around us!

Where:  Blanco State Park

Cost: $15.00 / per family    *Daily visitation fees are in addition to Campsite or Day Use Facility fees (Adults: $5 Daily; Child 12 Years and Under: Free)
