Program Pricing & Generosity Policy

Shambhala Meditation Center of San Antonio is committed to making its programs accessible to everyone. As a non-profit organization supported by program fees, donations and the energy of many volunteers we offer three pricing options.

Program Price – Helps cover program costs and operating expenses of the Center.  Participants of average means can offer the program price.

Member Price –Discounted program pricing is a benefit offered to current dues-paying members of the San Antonio Shambhala Meditation Center.  For information on becoming a member, please visit our membership page, or contact membership director Dena Lackey.

Generosity Policy – For those with limited financial means.  In order to make our programs accessible to everyone, we have a “pay what you can afford” policy.  If the program price is an obstacle for you, please decide what works for you and offer whatever you can. Payment plans are also available. At least two weeks before the program, please contact Generosity Policy and Scholarship Administrator Paul Mulhern [email protected] for a conversation about what you are able to pay. It is most important to make arrangements before the program so that we may plan accordingly.

Scholarship – partial scholarship for those with limited financial means

A generous donor has made partial scholarship assistance available for those with limited financial means. Our Generosity Policy and Scholarship Administrator will discuss this with those applying to use our Generosity Policy.
