Families & Children in Shambhala Camping Trip

Join the Shambhala Meditation Center of San Antonio, Saturday October 13th through Sunday October 14th for an annual Autumnal Children & Families Camping Trip. Bring your sleeping bags, tent and campfire stories!

Saturday will include family activities and games, including kayaking the Blanco River and Fall scavenger hunt. We will share a potluck family dinner, and campfire stories. On Sunday we will take our mindfulness practice into the great outdoors. Join us for an early morning drala hike where we will hike in noble silence while contemplatively attuning and engaging the senses in the phenomenal world around us!
